Pulled Taco Chicken Burrito

I made this pulled chicken in my slow cooker and meal prepped some burritos and wow they are delicious! For the rice, I used microwave rice and didn't cook in advance. To store, wrap up tightly in foil and refrigerate for up to 4 days. To reheat, air fry or bake in the oven on 180C for 5-10 minutes whilst wrapped in the foil. You could also use some of the mix for these and the rest in a ‘taco bowl’ with rice, veg, salsa, soured cream, avocado and cheese. 😋
