I used 1 tbsp chipotle paste from Tesco for this which gave it a little kick. Bear in mind that supermarket own-brand pastes are often less spicy than others so you may wish to add more or less depending on what paste you use and how spicy you like it! Also note I spread this across 2 trays so there were more than shown in the video!
